Epstein is pleased to welcome Eric L. Wilson, the newest member of our project management team. Eric comes to us with over 20 years of project management experience for clients in the food & beverage processing and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Epstein, Eric was the Regional Sr. Asset Care Engineer for the Technical Excellence Team in the Packaging and Engineering division of MillerCoors. In that role Eric was responsible for providing direction and coaching the operations leadership team in driving continuous improvement and the application of LEAN principles to an eight-brewery manufacturing operation.

Preceding his time at MillerCoors, Eric was the Plant Maintenance & Reliability Manager for Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods) at their Chicago Bakery/Manufacturing Facility as well as serving as an Asset Reliability Manager for Krafts snack and confectionery plants located in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

In addition, Eric is also a combat experienced officer during his days in the Army Corps of Engineers.

At Epstein, Eric is currently managing the expansion of a custom food ingredients manufacturing facility in Rochester, New York. For this project, Epstein is providing design and engineering services to design, procure and install a new process and packaging line to produce beverage syrups.

When not working at Epstein, Eric likes to mentor, follow current events, travel, explore new cultures, spend time with family, rebuild his golf game and listen to all genres of music, especially House. In addition, Eric also enjoys sports such as soccer, ice hockey and an avid fan of both college and professional football.

Lastly, once again, Eric, welcome to Epstein!
