Heres a Mennica Legacy Tower Construction Video to a construction video posted by the general contractor, Warbud, for the Mennica Legacy Tower, a twobuilding high-rise office development located in Warsaw, Poland, a project in which Epstein is serving as the architect of record to our friends at Goettsch Partners, as well as the design engineer for MEP and structural engineering. Mennica, which will feature a 35-story tower and a smaller 10-story building will be located in the Central Business District of Warsaw at the intersection of Prosta and Zelazna Streets.

This video shows the construction progress being made by Warbud, who due to the sites relatively high water wall and the adjacent existing subway lines, is utilizing a Slurry Wall or Diaphragm Wall technique. Which is a top-down construction sequence, meaning that the basement levels are constructed from grade level and proceed downward using a tunneling method of excavation in combination with general mass excavation. And, when the excavation reaches its ultimate depth at level P4, the foundation raft will be placed and permanent concrete columns will be constructed. The remaining levels will then be built from the bottom up.

Lastly, Mennica is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2019.
