Earlier this month, a group of Epsteiners participated in an Epstein Community Foundation (ECF) sponsored event for Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). This FMSC charitable gathering involved volunteers packing 133 food boxes which will go towards providing 57,456 meals for malnourished children throughout the world. This particular ECF/FMSC charitable service outing took place in Aurora, Illinois and involved packing Baby food-potatoes. A dry powder that after adding a little water creates mashed potatoes.

Founded in 1987, FMSC is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children. Their process is simple. Donations given by people fund the meal ingredients. Volunteers hand-pack the meals. And, then meals are donated to FMSC food partners around the world, where kids are fed and lives are saved!

The Epsteiners who helped out included Monika Ciesielska, Jim Jirsa, Tom Smiles, Dubravka (Debbie) Sretenovic, Jason Chandler, Judy Sells, Jenn Pisano, Jennifer Heiney, John Lach, Cassiday Love, Jake Effinger, Kyle Howeler, Ryan Lezcano, Mark Rustin, Olivia Corcoran, & Jeffrey McQuiston. In addition, many Epsteiners brought along spouses/significant others as well as kids to help in the good deed.
