The images you see here are from the recently completed renovation of the 16th floor of the American Society of Clinical Pathologys (ASCP) headquarters located at 33 W. Monroe in Chicago. For this project Epstein was the Design-Builder, provided interior design, architectural services and construction services for this revamp of ASCPs space which featured new finishes throughout the office, reception, restrooms, breakroom and pantry/copy areas, and the addition of a new executive restroom and training room.

The design criteria was to create a more modern, hospitality-like space, by using a color scheme of white and gray with bold accents, large branding walls, and accent light fixtures. The headquarters now visually connects with the ASCPs expansion offices on a separate floor at 33 W. Monroe, as well as with the Indianapolis office, both of which were also designed by Epstein.

The Epstein designers and construction professionals responsible for delivering this eye-catching project included Paula Bozyk-Padilla, Mihaela Ianev-Cajigas, Anna Gannon, & Dan Boland. In addition, the success of this project would not have been possible without the incredible efforts of our administrative and corporate services staff members Karen Perri, Tamie Williams and Mindy Chavez. Great job Team!
