Epstein provided complete engineering design and construction management services for this mixed-use retail and entertainment development. The focal point of this development is a high quality, state-of-the-art nine-screen cinema with auditoriums ranging from 180 to 505 seats for a total of 2,295 seats. Each auditorium is equipped with high quality stadium seating, climate control systems, and the latest in audio/visual technology including digital surround systems. On the premises are a movie-theme cafe, snack bar, souvenir shop, and a video rental store. Aside from the multiplex, the multi-use facility includes a retail area that comprises a restaurant, sports store, and a book store. There is also 500 square meters of office space. For the convenience of its customers, the facility contains a three level above-ground parking garage for 363 cars.
