W.W. Grainger, Inc. Photovoltaic Cell Installation

Epstein helped W. W. Grainger procure and install a 1 Megawatt photovoltaic electric power generation system for their Robbinsville, New Jersey Distribution Center. Services performed included due diligence/site evaluation, structural roof analysis, vendor evaluation and screening, as well as acting as the Owners Representative during the bidding and construction process. The system "go-live" date was May 31, 2010 and the 1 Megawatt system is capable of producing more than half of the electricity consumed at this 500,000 square foot Distribution Center with a payback of 4 years.
