Epstein provided architectural and engineering services for this 45,811 square meter mixed-use development consisting of a hotel, office space and retail outlets located in Bucharest, Romania. The facility is being developed on a brownfield site and will help to reinvigorate this rapidly developing part of Romania. The building is designed to provide maximum flexibility for the tenants. The underground floor, the ground floor and the mezzanine will have a retail use while the top floors will provide office space for over 1,000 people.
Epstein is currently designing a second phase to this project which consists of an 8-story, 6,900 square meter expansion which will provide additional retail space, hotel, apartments and underground parking.
The total construction cost for this development is 30 million €.
