Casa Marina Resort Key West, Florida
This historic hotel in Key West was given a complete makeover including guestrooms and public areas. The hotel has over 70 different guestroom types so the challenge was to create a design vocabulary and kit of parts that could be incorporated into every type. The design is classic, timeless allowing the finishes and artwork to provide reference to the tropical locale.
The LXR-Casa Marina was a project completed by Epstein’s John Kolb while employed at another firm.
