These projects include:

• Providing architectural, MEP/FP engineering and structural engineering services for the replacement of all the heating and chilled water piping throughout Building 228.
• The re-roofing of the Hines rehabilitation facility (Building 217) in which Epstein is providing architectural and MEP/FP engineering services to replace approximately 65,000 gross square feet of roofing.
• Architectural, interior design, structural and MEP/FP engineering, as well as LEED consulting services, for the renovations of Buildings 12 and 13. Building 13 is an 80+ year old existing 23,000 square foot building previously used as clinical space for blind rehabilitation which will now provide counseling space primarily for veterans returning from service in the Middle East. Building 12, which is also a circa 1920s structure, is comprised of 19,000 square feet that will be used for administrative offices. Both of these facilities will feature the Epstein MEP/FP design of a ground source heat pump system to provide sustainable heating and cooling services. This project is pursuing LEED-NC Silver certification.
• Epstein is also providing graphic design services to facilitate the award of a construction contract to replace existing exterior campus signage.
