Epstein provided complete interior design services for the renovation of 29,000 square feet of office space for Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. in New York. Oaktree Capital Management is a global investment management corporation with over $51 Billion of assets under management. Oaktree's mission is to provide highly professional management with a primary emphasis on risk control in a limited number of sophisticated investment specialties. In addition to the New York space, Epstein also helped relocate Oaktree’s Emerging Markets and Real Estate divisions, along with the establishment of a disaster recovery center, into a 17,000 square foot space in Stamford, Connecticut.
The New York offices balance contemporary, high-end client spaces with a comfortable work setting. Openness and transparency, reflecting the corporate culture, are emphasized by use of glass walls and passages which create a modern, spacious atmosphere suffused with natural light.
In addition to interior design services, Epstein provided custom design of private offices, design of custom furniture, as well as corporate identity and room signage.
