We are able to manage the certification process for you, collecting the paperwork and submitting the documentation to make the certification run smoothly. Our full-service offering utilizes the integrated design process to maximize opportunities for earning credits on all types of projects: tenant fit-outs, industrial plants, warehouses, office buildings, or even high-rise residential. Even if you choose not to pursue actual certification, Epstein is able to integrate the LEED requirements as design criteria to help you build a sustainable, high-performance facility.
The Epstein team also has significant experience with energy audits and analysis for a wide spectrum of building types. We perform a wide variety of energy services for a clients including audits, analysis, identifying reduction measures and identifying renewable energy opportunities.
