Chestnut Tower Chicago, Illinois
Epstein was the architect/engineer of record for a 330,000 square foot, 36-story luxury residential apartment building consisting of 230 rental apartments and a 240-car parking garage. This building features a business center, a fitness facility and a rooftop sundeck with party room.
Perkins, Pryde, Kennedy were the design architects for the Chestnut Tower.
