Epstein provided architecture and interior design services for this $140M, 10-story mixed-use residential development along the Hudson River in West New York, New Jersey. The Lofts @ Port Imperial consist of 278 residential units, 54,000 square feet retail space and a 700-car parking garage.
The residential unit concept is “soft-loft” with above average areas of perimeter glazing, and open plans with the possibility of low height or movable partitions, exposed services, and use of atypical accent materials. The site is sandwiched between the Palisades and the Hudson River providing excellent views of Manhattan.
