Epstein was the Design Architect as well as the Architect and Engineer of Record for this luxury high-rise residential building with corresponding single-story retail building located on the near north side of Chicago, Illinois.
Maple Tower consists of a 20-story condominium building of 112,207 square feet and a one-story commercial/retail building of 7,783 square feet located east of the condominium along Maple Avenue. (The lot area is 15,579 square feet) The building has 27 condominium units occupying levels four through 20 with an Elevator Machine Room/Mechanical Room at the upper level of the building.
