Epstein was founded in 1921 as an engineering firm that provided facility solutions for industrial clients. Our offices were located within a major industrial development on the west side of Chicago and a majority of our first clients were located within this parcel. We can proudly say that providing industrial facility answers is second nature to us.
Our industrial development portfolio includes a variety of project types like manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution centers, refrigerated facilities and product development buildings for clients in a multitude of industries. Some of the more significant industrial projects Epstein has recently completed include Triumph Foods’ 625,000 square foot Pork Processing Facility in St. Joseph, Missouri, a 890,000 square foot renovation and expansion to ACCO Brands USA, LLC's Booneville, Mississippi manufacturing and distribution center and a 82,000 square foot laundry processing facility for Aramark Uniform Services in Chicago, Illinois.
In addition to designing, engineering and constructing industrial facilities we also have extensive experience providing site selection, logistics analysis and planning services for our industrial clients.
