Epstein is providing design-build services for a $15M, 28,000 square foot Yogurt Dairy Processing Facility for Alpina Foods, LLC in Batavia, New York. Epstein is working alongside Seiberling Associates, a leading process design firm who specializes in dairy processing facilities, for this building which should see completion in the Spring of 2012.
The facility will house an estimated 55 employees when expanded to its fullest capacity and is being designed in compliance with both FDA and USDA regulations in order to allow Alpina maximum flexibility in product type.
