Epstein is providing interior design and MEP engineering services for the expansion of Flashpoint - The Academy of Media Arts and Sciences, based in Chicago. Epstein's designers and engineers will create a 7,000-square-foot studio/production space in the Merchandise Mart and remodel/expand space for 3,000 square feet of classrooms and offices at 28 N. Clark in downtown Chicago. The 7,000-square-foot studio in the Merchandise Mart will include a state-of-the-art digital control room as well as integrated studio support spaces, scene shops, property storage and makeup/dressing rooms.
