Epstein’s experience in providing design and engineering solutions for the commercial marketplace is extensive. We have developed sustainable solutions for office buildings, corporate interiors, residential, hotel/hospitality, retail, mixed-use developments, & R&D/laboratories throughout the world.
These projects have been completed for many of the world’s leading firms and developers including companies like Serta, Motorola, Apple and Hyatt. In addition, many of the projects highlighted here are great examples of our ability to partner with other designers and engineers. These developments in which Epstein served as the architect and/or engineer of record include partnerships with world renowned firms like SOM, Pei Cobb Freed and The Jerde Partnership.
